The short version
We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for ads.
We only share it with the partners who run your account.
You can download or delete it any time from Settings.
01
We collect what we need to open and run your account, and nothing more.
Identity details: name, date of birth, address and SSN, required to verify who you are.
Account activity: deposits, transfers, round-ups and vault goals.
Device data: app version, device model and approximate location, used to keep sign-ins secure.
02
To run your account, pay your interest, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information, and we don’t use it to show you ads.
04
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with 256-bit AES. Access inside Dewpoint is limited to the people who need it, and every access is logged and reviewed. Transfers and sign-ins on new devices require Face ID or a one-time code.
05
You stay in control of your information:
Download a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy.
Correct anything that’s wrong, directly in the app.
Close your account and ask us to delete what we’re not required to keep.
Turn off optional analytics at any time.
06
We keep account records while your account is open, then for the period the law requires, usually five to seven years for financial records. After that, they’re deleted or anonymized.
07
If we make a meaningful change, we’ll tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Questions about your data?
Write to privacy@dewpoint.app and a real person will reply within two business days.
